Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipment date. There are 10% restocking charges.
We offer free shipping to our customers, but customers are responsible for returning the product
in new and unworn condition, and for any return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team and provide their order
number and reason for the return. Once approved, customers will receive a return authorization
number and further instructions on how to proceed.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all original tags, labels, and
accessories. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition, we will issue a refund to the original
payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee. Please note that it may take several business days
for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
In the case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, customers must contact our customer service
team within 3 days of receiving the order. We will provide further instructions on how to return
the item at our expense and expedite a replacement.
Please note that personalized or customized items and clearance items are non-refundable and exchangeable.
